- Separate marketplace orders by channel and confirm label format, packing slip rule, and package branding rule.
- Confirm materials: thermal labels, label rolls, packing list envelopes, document pouches.
- Keep printer media, cleaning cards, and a visible label-orientation sample at the label station.
- For marketplace fulfillment work, treat labels and documents as a controlled operation: define the package spec, stage the right materials, and inspect the first completed orders before volume scales.
- Record the approved package size, finished weight, label position, and exception rule.
QA checks
