Packout checklist

  1. Confirm carton count, pallet pattern, label location, receiver instructions, and carrier handling method.
  2. Confirm materials: stretch film, pallet covers, corner boards, pallet labels.
  3. Keep wrap rolls, top sheets, labels, and a load-height reference at the stretch-wrap area.
  4. For bulk B2B shipment work, treat palletizing and wrap as a controlled operation: define the package spec, stage the right materials, and inspect the first completed orders before volume scales.
  5. Record the approved package size, finished weight, label position, and exception rule.

QA checks

  • Label every carton consistently.
  • Photograph the finished load.
