Packout checklist

  1. Identify where the product can move, flex, rub, or make contact with a hard carton edge.
  2. Confirm materials: stretch film, pallet covers, corner boards, pallet labels.
  3. Keep wrap rolls, top sheets, labels, and a load-height reference at the stretch-wrap area.
  4. For fragile product packout work, treat palletizing and wrap as a controlled operation: define the package spec, stage the right materials, and inspect the first completed orders before volume scales.
  5. Record the approved package size, finished weight, label position, and exception rule.

QA checks

  • Add an internal restraint method.
  • Check product clearance on every side.
  • Run a small drop/handling simulation before scaling.
