Packout checklist

  1. Define who can reprint, where old labels go, and how the system records the exception.
  2. Confirm materials: stretch film, pallet covers, corner boards, pallet labels.
  3. Keep wrap rolls, top sheets, labels, and a load-height reference at the stretch-wrap area.
  4. For label reprint control work, treat palletizing and wrap as a controlled operation: define the package spec, stage the right materials, and inspect the first completed orders before volume scales.
  5. Record the approved package size, finished weight, label position, and exception rule.

QA checks

  • Destroy or mark voided labels immediately.
  • Scan the final label on the package.
  • Review reprint reasons weekly.
