Packout checklist

  1. Group items by weight, fragility, surface finish, and movement risk before selecting the package.
  2. Confirm materials: stretch film, pallet covers, corner boards, pallet labels.
  3. Keep wrap rolls, top sheets, labels, and a load-height reference at the stretch-wrap area.
  4. For multi-item order work, treat palletizing and wrap as a controlled operation: define the package spec, stage the right materials, and inspect the first completed orders before volume scales.
  5. Record the approved package size, finished weight, label position, and exception rule.

QA checks

  • Put heavier items low and stable.
  • Separate abrasive or sharp items.
  • Avoid filler patterns that let items migrate.
