Packout checklist

Select a sample of completed orders and inspect package fit, closure, label placement, and material match.
Confirm materials: stretch film, pallet covers, corner boards, pallet labels.
Keep wrap rolls, top sheets, labels, and a load-height reference at the stretch-wrap area.
For packaging quality audit work, treat palletizing and wrap as a controlled operation: define the package spec, stage the right materials, and inspect the first completed orders before volume scales.
Record the approved package size, finished weight, label position, and exception rule.

QA checks

Score each order as pass/fail.
Record one corrective action per failure type.
Recheck the same issue in the next audit window.
