Packout checklist

  1. Confirm carton count, pallet pattern, label location, receiver instructions, and carrier handling method.
  2. Confirm materials: inspection labels, replacement mailers, void fill, return envelopes.
  3. Separate inspect, clean, relabel, and repack areas so returned units do not mix with ready-to-ship inventory.
  4. For bulk B2B shipment work, treat returns and rework as a controlled operation: define the package spec, stage the right materials, and inspect the first completed orders before volume scales.
  5. Record the approved package size, finished weight, label position, and exception rule.

QA checks

  • Label every carton consistently.
  • Photograph the finished load.
  • Confirm stretch-wrap and pallet cover needs before pickup.
