Packout checklist

  1. Recalculate finished package dimensions and weights for the top shipping profiles.
  2. Confirm materials: inspection labels, replacement mailers, void fill, return envelopes.
  3. Separate inspect, clean, relabel, and repack areas so returned units do not mix with ready-to-ship inventory.
  4. For carrier rate change work, treat returns and rework as a controlled operation: define the package spec, stage the right materials, and inspect the first completed orders before volume scales.
  5. Record the approved package size, finished weight, label position, and exception rule.
