Packout checklist
- Define who can reprint, where old labels go, and how the system records the exception.
- Confirm materials: inspection labels, replacement mailers, void fill, return envelopes.
- Separate inspect, clean, relabel, and repack areas so returned units do not mix with ready-to-ship inventory.
- For label reprint control work, treat returns and rework as a controlled operation: define the package spec, stage the right materials, and inspect the first completed orders before volume scales.
- Record the approved package size, finished weight, label position, and exception rule.
QA checks
- Destroy or mark voided labels immediately.
- Scan the final label on the package.
- Review reprint reasons weekly.
