Packout checklist

  1. Define who can reprint, where old labels go, and how the system records the exception.
  2. Confirm materials: carton sealing tape, paper tape, tape dispensers, strapping.
  3. Keep dispensers adjusted, replace dull blades, and post a photo showing the accepted H-seal pattern.
  4. For label reprint control work, treat tape and sealing as a controlled operation: define the package spec, stage the right materials, and inspect the first completed orders before volume scales.
  5. Record the approved package size, finished weight, label position, and exception rule.

QA checks

  • Destroy or mark voided labels immediately.
  • Scan the final label on the package.
  • Review reprint reasons weekly.
