- Separate marketplace orders by channel and confirm label format, packing slip rule, and package branding rule.
- Confirm materials: carton sealing tape, paper tape, tape dispensers, strapping.
- Keep dispensers adjusted, replace dull blades, and post a photo showing the accepted H-seal pattern.
- For marketplace fulfillment work, treat tape and sealing as a controlled operation: define the package spec, stage the right materials, and inspect the first completed orders before volume scales.
- Record the approved package size, finished weight, label position, and exception rule.
QA checks
