Packout checklist

  1. Group items by weight, fragility, surface finish, and movement risk before selecting the package.
  2. Confirm materials: carton sealing tape, paper tape, tape dispensers, strapping.
  3. Keep dispensers adjusted, replace dull blades, and post a photo showing the accepted H-seal pattern.
  4. For multi-item order work, treat tape and sealing as a controlled operation: define the package spec, stage the right materials, and inspect the first completed orders before volume scales.
  5. Record the approved package size, finished weight, label position, and exception rule.

QA checks

  • Put heavier items low and stable.
  • Separate abrasive or sharp items.
  • Avoid filler patterns that let items migrate.
