Packout checklist

  1. Confirm carton count, pallet pattern, label location, receiver instructions, and carrier handling method.
  2. Confirm materials: cartons, mailers, labels, tape, void fill.
  3. Use fixed homes for every packaging SKU and audit replenishment points before the first pick wave.
  4. For bulk B2B shipment work, treat warehouse readiness as a controlled operation: define the package spec, stage the right materials, and inspect the first completed orders before volume scales.
  5. Record the approved package size, finished weight, label position, and exception rule.
