Select a sample of completed orders and inspect package fit, closure, label placement, and material match.
Confirm materials: cartons, mailers, labels, tape, void fill.
Use fixed homes for every packaging SKU and audit replenishment points before the first pick wave.
For packaging quality audit work, treat warehouse readiness as a controlled operation: define the package spec, stage the right materials, and inspect the first completed orders before volume scales.
Record the approved package size, finished weight, label position, and exception rule.

QA checks
